Well since all of you have asked I will out line what my expectations are.
- THIS IS NOT ABOUT SEX AND DO NOT EXPECT TO DO ANYTHING AT THE PARTY. Enough said.
- Uniform. If you do no have a uniform I have several to rent in large sizes. Beyond that, I do not want last year's halloween outfit. If that is what you got then I am going to dress you in my uniform.
- I expect your uniform to be clean, pressed and pretty. NO ONE wants a messy maid around them.
- Think about your shoes. If you cannot perform in heals for at least 2 hours then consider flats but they must be patent leather.
- If you are a rubber maid consider the time in the dress.
- I expect you to be clean and smelling nice.
- I expect you to do your very best at make-up. If you cannot I have a professional make-up person that can help however it is not free.
- I expect you to be on time.
- I expect you to listen to me and follow orders. I am the Head Maid and if you cannot get the job done you are out.
- We will have between 50-100 guests.
- Maid duties will be rotated. All maids will get a chance at all tasks.
- Maids will have two 30 min breaks during the four hour party. You will not have to anything during the break.
- I expect maids to be cheerful and happy. No long faces. Maids are there to serve the guest. They are there to look at. Maids are wonderful to behold but you are not there to be the center of attention.
- Now for the duties:
- Greeter: I want a maid at the front door to welcome the guests
- Tickets: I want a maid collecting money for those that are paying at the door
- Right Hand Maid #1: this maid will follow me and be my troubleshooter. Move furniture, set up things missing and whatever I need done.
- Right Hand Maid #2: this maid will follow me and be there to fetch whatever a guest needs. Food or drink refill, clean off a table, take a guest's picture.
- Maids cannot drink alcohol until the last 30min of the party
- I do not think I will need to conduct any training for this event. Hopefully the maids that commit will be trustworthy and able to follow simple orders.
- Inspection. I will conduct an inspection of the maids before the event. If I find infractions you will have some time to fix up whatever I deem as not satisfactory. I suggest you bring a small bag with whatever you think is necessary (safety pins, panty hose, staples, make-up, shoe polish, nail polish, whatever) to fix anything wrong.
